 The further adventures of Heidi
Mickael Douglas producing - Stonebridge Entertainment project long film 1988
(piano themes)

It's a part of the projects list failed but which are an opening significant. It's thanks to a friend that I meet Edward J. Pope, one of the Luxemburg television first creators. He makes me the proposition compose music themes on the subject of Heidi (the little swiss) for one of his friends, Joel Douglas, Mickael Douglas' brother, who is realising the NY adaptation. Two weeks are given to me to supply the recordings. I run. Sound tapes leave. One month later, I receive from Stonebridge Entertainment, NY, a Mr Robert Singer's very kind and professional letter, "thank you for letting me hear your delightful musical ideas for Heidi", telling me that the project took new directions and that a London composer was chosen during the granted lapse of time took for the music creation, recording and mailing...

Fortunately since, the intercontinental communication invented the internet... To end and nothing not getting lost, these subjects served me as starting point when I have decide to write a piano opus which became Exercice de Styles.
